Payments, refunds & grievances

For anything related to an online payment or refund, email mandukyatandi@gmail.com with your booking reference and transaction ID. We acknowledge such requests within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Details of how refunds are processed are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
