By using this website or making a booking with us, you agree to this policy.

• Booking details — your name, phone number, email address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and any preferences or requests you share with us.
• Identity verification — a government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, passport, or driving licence) collected at check-in for all adult guests, as required of accommodation providers under applicable Indian law.
• Payment information — when you pay online, your payment is processed by our payment partner (such as PhonePe). We receive only a confirmation of the transaction, its amount and a reference ID. We never receive, see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
• Correspondence — emails, messages and call notes when you contact us.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the website secure and working well.

2. How we use your information

• To take, confirm, modify and manage your booking.
• To process payments and refunds through our payment partner.
• To communicate with you about your stay — confirmations, directions, and pre-arrival details.
• To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
• To improve the website and our services.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing communications unless you have asked for them.

3. Payments

Online payments on or in connection with this website are processed by RBI-regulated third-party payment providers (such as PhonePe). Your payment data is collected and processed directly by the payment provider on their secure systems, under their own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. Mandukya does not store your payment instrument details.

4. Sharing of information

We share personal information only:

• with our payment partners, to the extent needed to process a payment or refund;
• with government or law-enforcement authorities where required by law (including guest-register requirements applicable to accommodation providers);
• with service providers who help us run the website or our operations, bound by confidentiality obligations.

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us at any time to access, correct or update the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it where we are not legally required to retain it.
